Biggin Hill, UK, September 22, 2015 – Daher today congratulated FLYING Smart on the opening of its new operations base at London-Biggin Hill Airport in the United Kingdom, which will serve the company’s role as a recently-appointed authorized distributor for Daher’s TBM family of very fast turboprop aircraft.

The facility’s inauguration was held in conjunction with the Business and General Aviation Day (BGAD) event being held at London-Biggin Hill Airport.

"We congratulate David on the opening of FLYING Smart’s new headquarters, which will be the TBM sales and demonstration center in the British Isles," said Nicolas Chabbert, Senior Vice-President of Daher’s Airplane Business Unit. “We will follow David’s development with interest, as he is going to introduce new types of services that ultimately could be extended across our network.”

Fabry said today’s BBGAD event at London-Biggin Hill Airport enables the UK business and general aviation sector to learn more about TBM aircraft, and hear initial details of FLYING Smart’s services – with more information on its expansion plans to be disclosed in the coming months.
