Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to host NextGen 101 in Washington, DC area Oct. 13

Attendees will receive an overview of key concepts, attributes and challenges related to the FAA’s Next Generation Air Transportation System initiative to modernize the nation’s air transportation system.

Daytona Beach, Fla., Sept. 2, 2015 – Avionics and other aviation professionals are invited to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s NextGen 101 seminar in the Washington, DC area Oct. 13. 

Open to all industry professionals, the seminar will precede the Avionics for NextGen 2015 Conference Oct. 14 to 15. Attendees will receive an overview of key concepts, attributes and challenges related to the Federal Aviation Administration’s Next Generation Air Transportation System initiative to modernize the nation’s air transportation system.

The course will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Hilton Washington Dulles, 13869 Park Center Road, Herndon, Va. The cost is $399, and continuing education units are also available.
