East Alton, IL, September 2, 2015— West Star Aviation is pleased to announce that Veta Traxler will join the WSA team as Paint & Interior Designer, effective Monday, August 31.
Veta has more than five years interior design experience with the last three exclusively in aviation related to the interior design of cabin class aircraft. She most recently held the position of Paint & Interior Sales Manager at Elliott Aviation. Veta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture (C.I.D.A. accredited) and a minor in Business Administration. She began her career as a Design Consultant and has received several awards.

Based at the Grand Junction, CO (GJT) location, Veta will be working directly with aircraft owners and West Star’s innovative design teams researching and recommending fabric, leather and carpet combinations, cabin configurations, galley and storage functions, as well as designing exterior paint schemes.
