Storm Aviation Launches Airbus A380 Training for MRO Staff at its New Dedicated Training Facility

A380 B1&B2 technical training as well as General Familiarization courses offered.

UK based Storm Aviation, one of the leading providers of line maintenance and technical training services in Europe, is delighted to announce the launch of brand new Airbus A380 B1&B2 technical training as well as General Familiarisation courses, available for both private and corporate customers. In addition, the UK Part-145 and Part-147 organization has opened a new group for Airbus A320 B1&B2 and General Familiarisation students.

The full training course for the future Airbus A380 (Trent 900 & GP7200) B1&B2 technicians will take approx. 8 weeks. It comprises six weeks of theoretical training at London Stansted Airport (STN) and two weeks of practical training at London Gatwick (LGW) as well as London Heathrow Airports (LHR). The course starts on the 21st of September, 2015. In addition, Storm Aviation will also provide Airbus A380 (Trent 900 & GP7200) B1-to-B2 and B2-to-B1 conversion courses which last for 9 and 16 days, respectively.

The Airbus A380 (Trent 900 & GP7200) week long General Familiarisation course will start in London Stansted on the 21st of September, 2015.

With regards to narrow-body aircraft, Storm Aviation has also decided to open additional groups for Airbus A320 (CFM56 & V2500) B1&B2 and General Familiarisation training both of which are to commence on the 3rd of August, 2015. The courses will be provided at Newcastle International Airport (NCL).
