WILMINGTON, Del., July 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- With its purchase of Aero Ways Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware (ILG), flyADVANCED has repositioned itself as one of the few fully integrated aircraft management companies in its market. As part of that effort, the company announced the hiring of Russ Polsky as Director of Business Operations.

"flyADVANCED manages, maintains, operates and services large transcontinental turbo-jet aircraft including Gulfstream and Falcon product lines, as well as high performance piston aircraft including the Cirrus. Russ brings incredible experience and management expertise in every aspect of our unique operations. That in turn will drive continued improvements for our clients," noted Regis de Ramel, President and CEO of flyADVANCED.

Mr. Polsky will be responsible for overseeing flyADVANCED operations, including the Heavy Jet International Charter and FBO services at Wilmington, DE (ILG) and the Cirrus training center and flight school at Wings Field (LOM) in Blue Bell, PA.

"The private aircraft management, charter and service industry is in reality a service industry centered on aviation services. Delivering superior customer service is embedded in a company's culture and begins with highly trained team members. We will continue to reinforce our existing commitment and find new ways to deliver that to every client and every person with whom we come in contact," says Mr. Polsky.

Mr. Polsky was born and raised in Alaska to an aviation family. Both his parents are licensed pilots who owned airplanes. Following a career in advertising and promotions, Polsky owned and operated a successful construction company for several years before answering his calling to begin a career as a pilot. Flying part 135 for his first 5000 hours of commercial experience, Mr. Polsky's career has spanned from remote operations in Alaska, Chief Pilot of 135 operations, to piloting first class large cabin International Flights.

"flyADVANCED is in a unique position to integrate the services that many people now must get from several different providers," says Mr. Polsky. "My role is to ensure that each of our clients can expect the highest level of service, from the first-time flight students at Wings Field to large cabin jet management and charter clients. I am excited about the growth we are going to see over the next several years and the opportunity to redefine service expectations for our clients."

flyADVANCED is an integrated aircraft management company operating three locations in the mid-Atlantic United States.
