Banyan Air Service Announces Expanded Maintenance Operations

Fort Lauderdale, FL - Banyan Air Service announced expanded maintenance operations at its Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE) location.  It has added a second shift to provide extended maintenance services, seven days a week.  The new hours of operations will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am until 6:30 pm.

“We are pleased to offer expanded hours for the convenience of our customers,” said Lynn Juengel, vice president, manager of technical services.  “This will enable us to serve our customers better and minimize their downtime.”

Banyan Air Service currently has 44 maintenance technicians and support staff employed and is actively recruiting for additional positions.  The company provides a full range of maintenance services, including airframe and avionics capabilities.  Banyan Air Service is well known for maintenance of turbine powered aircraft, including Pilatus, King Air, Citation, Learjet, Hawker, Challenger and Falcon.  In addition, Banyan Air Service is factory authorized as service centers for Beechcraft, Piaggio, Quest, and HondaJet.    Along with its FAA Repair Station and EASA Repair Station Certificates, Banyan Air Service also holds certificates in several Island nations and Latin American countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Columbia and Venezuela.  In addition, Banyan has a mobile maintenance unit to support customers throughout Central and South Florida.
