Montgomery To Address NEC/AAAE Annual Conference

The 57th Annual Conference for the Northeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives (NEC/AAAE) will be August 15-19, 2015. Billed as a ‘Star Spangled Spectacular’ the event will be held in the beautiful Inner Harbor of Baltimore, Maryland at the Sheraton Hotels and Resorts.

Today the conference committee announced that Bob Montgomery, Vice President of Airport Affairs for Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas will be the featured speaker at the Corporate Appreciation Luncheon, Tuesday, August 18th from 12:15pm to 2:15pm. Bob is responsible for acquiring and developing all of Southwest’s facilities nationwide. Additionally, he is responsible for representing Southwest to all airport operators and City Governments, and works with them to develop capital and operating budgets and development programs. Bob has been with Southwest since 1977, and has held positions in the Operating and Finance Departments prior to filling the Properties and Facilities and Airport Affairs role.
