BARFIELD and AMG Strengthen their Sales Synergies

The two US subsidiaries of AFI KLM E&M have now a common and integrated sales organization, leaded by John Rogers

Miami, 6 May 2015 - Since Barfield's acquisition in July 2014, the two US subsidiaries of AFI KLM E&M specializing in component repair and overhaul - Barfield and its sister company AMG - have been working on strengthening their synergies. The first step of a common organization between Barfield and AMG has been to combine their two sales organizations, an initiative fully in line with the AFI KLM E&M sales policy, with the objective of reinforcing a customer centric approach and maximizing sales momentum.

John Rogers appointed Senior Vice President Sales Barfield-AMG
John Rogers has recently been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales for the new Barfield-AMG sales organization. This department forms part of the AFI KLM E&M sales platform in the Americas, which also includes the two AFI KLM E&M Sales Directorates for the Americas, respectively leaded by Ron de Bos, AFI KLM E&M VP Sales for North America, and Miguel Chiang, VP Sales for Latin America.

John Rogers started his career at Barfield in June of 1988 as a Technician. During his long tenure at Barfield, he was promoted up the ranks from Lead Technician, to Shop Supervisor, and then to Sales Account Manager. In 2000, John Rogers was promoted to Vice President of Customer Support for Barfield and in 2006 he became Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. John Rogers' expertise has showed strong sales ability, consistently surpassing sales goals, developing a keen intuition for customer service and earning Barfield an excellent reputation in the industry. John Rogers' influence on sales, business retention and customer relations has been an important part of Barfield's growth and development.

On his announcement John Rogers said: "I am honored to have been entrusted with this new responsibility at Barfield and AMG. Our newly reinforced Sales Department will benefit our customers in providing them an easier access to a wider portfolio of services.
