HOUSTON – Phillips 66® Aviation is happy to announce that five of its FBOs were recognized in this year’s Professional Pilot Magazine’s (Pro Pilot) annual Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment (PRASE) survey. The magazine’s subscribers completed 1,641 forms to complete the 42nd annual results.
“The Phillips 66 branded FBOs recognized in this year’s Pro Pilot PRASE survey illustrates the quality of service and offerings that define Phillips 66 Aviation,” said Mike Perry, director of sales. “We congratulate all of our FBO PRASE winners who day after day go above and beyond for our loyal general aviation customers.”
Pro Pilot subscribers scored FBO selections on a scale of one (poor) to 10 (excellent) in six categories, including line team, customer service representatives, facility, amenities, promptness and efficiency, and value for price. This year’s Phillips 66 Aviation FBO winners were recognized in three categories: Top 10 U.S. FBOs, Best U.S. FBOs and Best Independent FBOs. The winners including the following:
