AirIT Announces Release of Customer Self Service Portal Enhancement to Its PROPworks®

April 20, 2015, Orlando, FL – AirIT, the leading provider of innovative information technology products and services to the air transportation industry, announces the release of its PROPworks® Portal solution, a dramatic customer self-service enhancement to the airport industry’s leading software technology for property, lease, and revenue management, PROPworks®.

PROPworks® Portal is a customer self-service add-on option for PROPworks® clients. The Portal allows PROPworks® clients to extend secure, limited PROPworks® access to their customers via a Web browser for the purposes of entering reported activity to the airport. The PROPworks® Business Systems enhancement effectively allows tenants and additional airport business partners to maintain company contact information, retrieve invoices, and enter sales and usage activities as required in airport tenant lease agreements.

Not only will food and beverage concessionaires will be able to enter sales activities on their own, but commercial airlines also have the option to enter operational and business activities, including airport improvement fees, aircraft parking,  landing and activity reports, passenger data, etc. All the information airports need from tenants for billing and reporting can now be collected through a single standard gateway. PROPworks® Portal can also be used to enter parking revenue, as well as non-aeronautical revenues.

A key benefit of the Portal solution is that it allows airports to relieve PROPworks® staff of the labor required to enter tenant activity. PROPworks® Portal is available for existing PROPworks® licensees at a nominal cost that would be quickly recouped due to the efficiency gained by this unique application.
