Pilots the world over seeking EASA certificates ranging from Light Aircraft Pilot License (LAPL) to Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) can study for their knowledge tests using an iPad training app available from King Schools.
The newly released ATPL exam trainer module is suitable for passing the tests required to obtain either an initial EASA ATPL license or when converting from an FAA ATP certificate. The ATPL exam trainer has over 15,000 multiple choice questions, based on real exams, and the trainer never expires.
- In training mode, pilots can practice answering questions on a particular subject until they have answered each question correctly.
- In exam mode, pilots will receive randomly generated tests with the exact number of test questions that they would receive in that particular EASA exam, with the same time limit allotted by EASA.
The E-gle (EASA-Guided Learning Experience) iPad learning platform was developed in partnership with EuroPilot Center and includes courses and exam trainers for the Light Aircraft Pilot License (LAPL), Private Pilot License (PPL) or Night Rating certifications as well as the ATPL. The E-gle iPad app is available for free download by searching for “E-gle” in the App Store, and includes demo versions of all modules.

Booth activities include a fun demo of 3D Oculus-Rift virtual reality headset, where visitors can view the E-gle app running in an exciting virtual world. Plus, booth visitors have the opportunity to win an iPad.
