Aviation School to Hold Aviation Maintenance Showcase Event

The AIM Manassas campus will be open from 9:45 to noon April 18 for everyone to take tours and AIM’s faculty and staff will be on hand to talk about the many career opportunities available in the field of aviation maintenance.

MANASSAS,VA (04/14/15) – Aviation Institute of Maintenance’s (AIM) Manassas campus will be holding an aviation maintenance showcase event this Saturday, April 18th.  The event will commence at 9:45am and run until 12 noon.

This showcase event is an opportunity for the public to get a preview of the campus’s Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) program, which prepares its graduates to take their FAA Airframe and Powerplant exams and become certified aircraft mechanics. The campus will be open for everyone to take tours and AIM’s faculty and staff will be on hand to talk about the many career opportunities available in the field of aviation maintenance. The event will wrap up with a hands-on training workshop and a startup of one of the campus’s jet engines
