BOISE, Idaho, April 9, 2015 – Western Aircraft, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, announced today that it has been named a Cessna Citation Authorized Independent NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection) Facility.
“This certification allows us to perform NDT inspections and testing on all models of Cessna Citation aircraft,” said Western Aircraft’s Director of Aircraft Services Tracy Kalbfleisch. “And we have a mobile inspection team that can be dispatched anywhere a Citation owner/operator requires this service.”
Western Aircraft has the ability to complete testing using Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Bond Testing and Liquid Penetrant methods. The NDT testing can be performed in Western’s lab, on-wing or in the field.
Western Aircraft is the only full-service repair station in the Northwest United States that holds the Cessna Citation Independent NDI Facility Authorization.
