Baker Aviation Adds Veteran Quality Manager

March 2,, 2015 – Addison, Texas – Baker Aviation, a full service aircraft maintenance, management and charter company in North Texas, announced that Willard Kelley has been appointed to Chief Inspector/Quality Manager.

As an Airframe and Powerplant licensed mechanic with Inspection Authorization, Willard has served the business aviation community for more than 20 years. Willard’s strong working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 and Part 145 was acquired through his 15 years’ experience as Vice President of Maintenance and later Vice President of Operations with Seven Bar Flying Service.  As Quality Control Inspector for several North Texas aviation businesses like Dallas Airmotive, Business Jet Access and Advantage Aviation Technologies, Willard’s expertise includes effectively communicating with regulatory authorities. Most recently, Willard was Regional Maintenance Manager for Eaglemed, LLC, a Part 135 air medical transport operation utilizing 12 turbine rotorcraft and 16 fixed-wing aircraft, where he managed personnel, base equipment and aircraft, for 30 different locations.
