Gulf Air and Lufthansa Technik Early Extend Landing Gear Contract

The new contract, which commenced in February 2015, will end in December 2020.

Gulf Air, the Kingdom of Bahrain's national carrier, and Lufthansa Technik AG have early extended their existing cooperation in landing gear overhaul for the airline's Airbus A320, A321 and A330 fleet.

The new contract, which commenced in February 2015, will end in December 2020.

The contract comprises landing gear overhaul and exchange for complete shipsets. The overhaul work will be executed at the Lufthansa Technik landing gear shop in Hamburg/Germany.

Lufthansa Technik first entered into a landing gear agreement with Gulf Air in 2011 and has performed ten overhaul events in total, to date.
