Spectronics Corporation Promotes Daniel Cooper to General Manager of Operations

Westbury, New York ─ Spectronics Corporation has announced the promotion of Daniel Cooper to the position of General Manager of Operations. In his new role, Dan will be developing and implementing strategies and goals for the company.

Dan started his career at Spectronics ten years ago as a temporary employee in the Quality Control Department, eventually moving on to Production Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator positions. In recent years, he helped to grow the Industrial and Aviation markets as a Sales Account Manager. Dan’s involvement in varied aspects of the company makes him a perfect fit for General Manager of Operations.

Working towards improving all internal processes, Dan will oversee prototype design, research & development, marketing and customer satisfaction. He will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Spectronics’ state-of-the-art products, and making sure they are shipped out in a timely manner. Dan will not only be product focused, but employee focused as well. He will be instrumental in maintaining a culture of teamwork throughout the company. “We are only as good as the people who work here,” states Dan.

Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Loyola University and resides in New York City.
