EASA STC for 5-blade Propeller on Beech A36 RR250

January 2015. MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH has received the EASA STC #10051683 for the next generation 5-blade scimitar composite propeller MTV-5-1-D-C-F-R(A)/CFR210-56 on the Beech A36 RR250 powered by the Engine RR250.

The propeller installation:

- provides best vibration damping characteristics for almost vibration free propeller operations

- has bonded on nickel alloy leading edges for superior erosion protection of the blades

- reduces ground roll & takeoff distance over 50 ft obstacle by more than 10%

- increases climb performance increased by 3%

- increases cruise performance by 3-4 kts

- is approx. 4 kg (9 lb) less weight than the original 3-blade metal propeller

- has more ground clearance for less FODs

- provides significant inside and outside noise reductions

- has no life limitation 

- has FOD repairable blades

All models comply with the strict German noise regulations 2010 D "Landeplatz Laermschutz Verordnung" for unrestricted airport operations in Germany and other European Countries.
