Lufthansa Technik Authorized Service Provider for Moog Products on Boeing 787 and A350

Moog is the original equipment provider for both primary and high lift flight control actuation systems on the 787 and the primary flight control actuation and trailing edge actuation system on the A350.

Lufthansa Technik AG and Moog Inc. announced the signing of a contract making Lufthansa Technik an authorized service provider for Moog's flight control products on both the Boeing 787 and the Airbus A350 aircraft. Moog is the original equipment provider for both primary and high lift flight control actuation systems on the 787 and the primary flight control actuation and trailing edge actuation system on the A350.

Lufthansa Technik´s component division already plays a major role in supporting the 787 for multiple customers and is preparing for the entry into service of the A350 for Lufthansa and other customers.

This agreement allows Lufthansa Technik to directly offer its customers MRO services specifically related to Moog's 787 and A350 products.
