“Creating a new website is a lot like launching any new product – you have design, development, testing and finally you roll it out to the public – it’s a team effort and now that it’s done, I can say it’s equally exciting,” he said. “We’re really proud of our new website. Disbrow explained the HET team worked closely with the site’s development team at Jajo, the company’s marketing/advertising agency, to ensure the new site provides as much functionality and usability as possible, including making it fully responsive to desktops and mobile devices.
“So many of our customers are now using tablets or smartphones to search for products and information today. To ensure they enjoy the optimum user experience we had the site built so that it senses what type of device they are using – desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone – and it automatically adapts the page’s format to that screen size,” he said. “It’s a gigantic leap forward in convenience for the end-user.”
