BizJet International has recently appointed Rick Townsend as Vice President, Business Development, Aircraft Maintenance & Refurbishment. In this position, Mr. Townsend will be responsible for developing the Narrow-body Airframe MRO business as well as assisting with BizJet’s Narrow-Body Completions sales.
Before coming to BizJet, Mr. Townsend worked in the commercial aviation market by providing MRO support solutions for Narrow-body and Regional Jet operators at Ascent Aviation and AAR Aircraft Services. He joins BizJet’s corporate and commercial narrow-body business units with strong experience to facilitate expanding its narrow-body MRO customer-base.
Mr. Townsend comes to BizJet with over thirty-five years of aviation experience. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management, a Commercial Pilot rating and a FAA Repairman’s Certificate.
