Integrated Deicing 'Gets The Spirit' In Detroit

Integrated Deicing Services began its relationship with Spirit at ORD, and then grew with an additional award at MSP.

MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NOVEMBER 22, 2014,— Integrated Deicing Services (IDS, The Company) announced today that they have been awarded the deicing provider contract for Spirit Airlines (Spirit) at Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). Daniel Young, Director of Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations said, “The new contract was effective on October 1, 2014. Everything came together quickly because we already deice Spirit’s aircraft in Minneapolis (MSP) and Chicago (ORD), so we have resources readily available in this part of the country.” 

Integrated Deicing Services began its relationship with Spirit at ORD. The association grew with an additional award at MSP. Stan Berton, Sr. Manager Airport Affairs said, “We have enjoyed a very productive relationship with IDS in recent years.  The DTW award is a natural extension of our relationship and is part of a strategic regional alignment for the three airports.”
