Ontic Signs New License Agreements with Curtiss-Wright Corporation

Ontic, a BBA Aviation company and the aerospace industry’s leading provider of ‘Extended Life Solutions’ for OEM legacy products and systems, has reached agreement with Curtiss-Wright Corporation to license the OEM manufacturing and aftermarket support for components used on military land vehicle systems including the M1 Abrams Tank, and M109 Paladin Howitzer, as well as fixed and rotary wing aircraft including the F-16, C-17, Blackhawk UH-60 and Seahawk SH-60.

The products will be transitioned from Curtiss-Wright’s Sensors & Controls division to Ontic’s Southern California facility via Ontic’s proven adoption process. Ontic will provide the customers with complete support including production and aftermarket manufacturing and MRO services.
