Able Aerospace Services, Air Evac Lifeteam Expand Partnership

Air Evac will transition the airframe maintenance/upgrades to Able’s facility in Mesa, Arizona.

MESA, Arizona (November 11, 2014) – Able Aerospace Services is expanding its partnership with O’Fallon,
Missouri-based Air Evac Lifeteam. As part of the expanded partnership, Air Evac will transition the airframe
maintenance/upgrades currently completed in Air Evac’s West Plains Completion Center to Able’s facility in
Mesa, Arizona. Upgrades will include Garmin glass cockpits and HeliSAS autopilot systems. Additionally,
Able will incorporate Air Evac’s EMS mission specific equipment on new aircraft deliveries from Bell
Helicopter.

Air Evac currently operates the Bell 206L and Bell 407 at 116 bases in 15 states, providing 24-hour air
medical services for rural and medically underserved communities.

“Able’s relationship with Air Evac has steadily expanded over the last 10 years. Supporting them through a
fleet-wide avionics/autopilot upgrade represents a natural progression of the partnership. We were able to
offer them declining costs over five years and they offer us a large volume of stable repetitive work. It’s truly a
win-win proposition,” said Able Aerospace Services CEO and President, Lee Benson.

As Air Evac’s West Plains facility is retired, Able holds key interest in the skills/experience possessed by the
employees there. Able held a successful on-site job fair at the West Plains facility last week to recruit
displaced Air Evac employees interested in relocation to Able’s Mesa campus.
