CAE launches Bombardier Global Express and Global Express XRS Training in its New York Center as Part of CAE's Authorized Training Provider Agreement with Bombardier

It is now offering Bombardier(i) Global Express(i) and Global Express XRS(i) pilot and maintenance training programs in its New York Center located in Morristown, New Jersey.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA--(Marketwired - Oct. 22, 2014) - (NYSE:CAE)(TSX:CAE) - CAE today announced at the Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA 2014) that it is now offering Bombardier(i) Global Express(i) and Global Express XRS(i) pilot and maintenance training programs in its New York Center located in Morristown, New Jersey.

The training program, part of CAE's Authorized Training Provider agreement with Bombardier, features a new CAE-built simulator that has been qualified to level D standards by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and by Transport Canada. It is anticipated to be certified by Brazil's Agencia Nacional de Aviacao Civil (ANAC) at the end of November. The program supports both the Bombardier Global Express and Global Express XRS models and complements CAE's existing network of Global(i) business jets training programs available in Dallas, USA; London, UK; Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and Dubai, UAE.
