DALLAS -- At NBAA 2014, Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation company, announced its exclusive on-wing inspection and replacement services for Honeywell HTF7000 engines. Approved by Honeywell, this new process takes advantage of the modular on-wing maintainability-by-design features of the HTF series of engines.

“We are always looking for ways to serve our customers better and faster,” said Doug Meador, Dallas Airmotive President. “Our on-wing services for the HTF7000 engines allows us to deliver exceptional service with a 20% time savings.” Meador also explained that the immediate advantage of this process is applicable to the HTF7000 engines powering CL300 aircraft, where on site and on-wing repairs offer lower cost of ownership and increased aircraft availability.

Additional savings can be seen by customers through the elimination of unnecessary removal and replacement of aircraft components. There is no additional cost for the on-wing service and Dallas Airmotive will continue to provide off-wing service to customers with specific requirements.

Dallas Airmotive will have an HTF700 engine cutaway on display at BBA Aviation Booth 228 at NBAA in Orlando. The company’s HTF7000 program director will also be available to discuss service options and answer customer’s questions.
