AERIA is present at this year’s NBAA 2014 in Orlando, Florida with a one-fifth scale 3D-printed BBJ model at booth #1685.  This BBJ model was produced in-house by AERIA's state-of-the-art 3D printer, and depicts a lounge and dining room on-board an aircraft with all the intricate details.  The aircraft model is complete with 1080i digital screens, RGB lighting, and customised carpets.  The use of 3D printing is a highly effective way of showcasing AERIA’s design capabilities to its customers, providing them with a ‘sneak-peak’ of the final product.  To help customers better visualise aircraft interiors, AERIA will be using similar scale models for all marketing presentations in the future.

In addition to technological innovations, AERIA’s facility will embark on a 21,000-sq ft expansion this year, with the addition of a new cabinet and upholstery shop, as well as another building complex for the design, sales and marketing teams.
