Delta TechOps MRO Names Jack Arehart President

ATLANTA, August 14, 2014 – Delta TechOps, Delta Air Lines’ maintenance division and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) provider business, announced today the appointment of Jack Arehart as president – Delta TechOps MRO.

“We’re fortunate to have Jack’s strategic planning and business acumen at Delta TechOps,” said Don Mitacek, Delta Air Lines’ senior vice president – Technical Operations. “We look forward to further establish a long-term framework and strategy that continues to provide the excellent service our MRO customers deserve and showcase Delta TechOps’ unique value proposition to the MRO marketplace.”

Arehart’s 30-year aviation career began with Western Airlines and later Delta holding maintenance leadership positions. He has also held senior aviation maintenance leadership roles at the Nordam Group, TIMCO Aviation Services and, most recently, as Co-Chief Commercial Officer at AAR Corporation. Arehart will report to Mitacek.
