Oshkosh, WI, July 28, 2014 — Aviation headset manufacturer Sennheiser announced that it will continue its support of the general aviation community as the premier sponsor of EAA's Eagle Flights program. Sennheiser is supporting EAA with products and financial resources, including two $1,500 scholarships that will be awarded to a pair of deserving pilots in training. As the premier sponsor of Eagle Flights, Sennheiser continues to build and extend its Live Your Dream initiative.

EAA's Eagle Flights program was launched two years ago to help adults overcome the common obstacles pilots face associated with flight training. With numerous EAA chapters across the U.S., Eagle Flights offers an experienced network of skilled pilots as well as an extensive set of tools and resources to help aspiring pilots to take the next step in their flight training.

"EAA and Sennheiser both recognize the need to inspire and cultivate the next generation of general aviation pilots," commented Dave Dunlap of Sennheiser Aviation. "EAA and its Eagle Flights program provide an unmatched pool of resources to help aspiring pilots realize their goals, while embracing all the values of Sennheiser's Live Your Dream initiative. Sennheiser is honored to be a sponsor of such an important and promising new program."

"Sennheiser has been longstanding partner of EAA for many years and we are proud to have them named as the premier sponsor of Eagle Flights," commented Bret Steffan, Director of Education at EAA. "With Sennheiser, we are planting the seeds for the future of aviation and making pilot training more accessible to adults all over the country. We encourage anyone interested in pursuing a career in aviation to take a discovery flight with us to learn more about the joys of aviation and becoming a pilot."
