China Cargo Signs GE90 OnPoint Solution Agreement

China Cargo Airlines signed with GE Aviation for a 12-year OnPoint solution agreement for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of its GE90-110B engines that power six Boeing 777 Freighters.

FARNBOROUGH AIR SHOW – July 15, 2014 — China Cargo Airlines signed with GE Aviation for a 12-year OnPointSM solution agreement for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of its GE90-110B engines that power six Boeing 777 Freighters.

"We have selected GE’s OnPoint service solutions to cover these engines because we trust GE’s flexible service and the overall quality and support they have provided. GE provides MRO services for two of our current Boeing 747 Freighters powered by GE’s CF6-80C2 engines, and we are very satisfied for the service and support,” said Li Hongxiang, vice president of China Cargo Airlines.
