IBA Announce Helicopter Price Guide

July 2, 2014
2014 edition provides indicative values for many different types and ages of helicopter

The International Bureau of Aviation’s most recent publication reveals IBA’s value opinion on over 40 helicopters.

The first quarter of the financial year has been a busy one for IBA’s helicopter team, as more and more lenders, investors and lessors get involved in the helicopter leasing and finance market. As a result of this increase in demand for helicopter valuations and associated consultancy, IBA have developed a free handbook as a guide for those in the industry.

Senior Analyst, Usman Ahmed, commented: “IBA has been providing helicopter value opinion for more than 20 years. The Helicopter Price Guide complements our services, which will soon become the must-have reference guide for a broad range of popular helicopters”.

IBA’s 2014 edition of the Helicopter Price Guide provides indicative values for many different types and ages of helicopter. The value ranges have been taken from IBA’s own helicopter database, within which information on transactions are routinely gathered and stored as part of IBA’s daily business.
