contract win, further strengthening its rapid growth in the global aerospace sector.
The company is to supply custom-designed seals, utilising its material technology, for the trailing edge of the
wings on the new Bombardier* Global 7000* and Global 8000* business jets. The products will be supplied
through Texas-based Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Aircraft Division, a subsidiary of Triumph Group, Inc.
and one of the world’s leading Tier 1 aerostructures companies.
Icon is already a well-established supplier to Bombardier Inc. supporting both Bombardier Aerospace and
Bombardier Transportation. Icon supports many Bombardier Aerospace aircraft platforms, including
CSeries*, CRJ900* NextGen* and Challenger 300* aircraft, for which the company manufactures custom
aerodynamic and fireproof seals, employing its latest material and process technologies.
