EBACE, Geneva, Switzerland, May 20 2014: Web Manuals Sweden AB, the developer of document management solutions for the business aviation industry, is planning to enter the US market.

Martin Lidgard, CEO and co-founder of Web Manuals, says: “There are over 1,100 business jet operators in the US, all facing challenging compliance and document management issues that need to be addressed rapidly. Our application – already a market leader in Europe and now available in a version tailored for the US – provides the perfect solution.”

Web Manuals’ application allows the digitization and distribution of a wide range of operational and compliance documentation, yielding significant savings in time and administrative costs and improved regulatory compliance. The process simplifies the rapid authoring, review, publishing, distribution and control of an entire manuals library.

Lidgard continues: “We have an ambitious growth strategy in the US over the coming three years. We’ll initially target business jet operators on the east coast, from an office in Boston, and our goal is to have 200 US customers by 2017.”

Web Manuals is currently used by more than 30 business jet operators, charter and wet-lease operators, airlines, maintenance and repair organisations, and helicopter operators in Europe and the Middle East.
