HMSHost Schiphol Airport Wins the Innovation Award from Misset Horeca

This prize is awarded annually to the F&B organisation that has proved itself as the most innovative company in The Netherlands

Schiphol, May 13, 2014 – HMSHost Schiphol Airport, the largest restaurant operator at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, won the Innovation Award from Misset Horeca, the independent news and professional publication about the food & beverage sector in The Netherlands this Monday. This prize is awarded annually to the F&B organisation that has proved itself as the most innovative company in The Netherlands.

The jury agrees that HMSHost excels in launching  catering concepts combining food, retail and hospitality. For these reasons, HMSHost received the Innovation Award from the Hospitality Top 100 Biggest Companies and Brands says Misset Horeca.

At HMSHost the innovation continues. HMSHost is developing, along with the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, seven new concepts in Lounge 2 in 2014. Furthermore, HMSHost is continuously concerned with sustainable development. They introduced Marie Stella Maris water in its range last year and sold 350,000 biologically friendly sandwiches with local vegetables, in an environmentally friendly packaging.
