Donaldson Company Employees, Including President & CEO Bill Cook, Attend Rollout Ceremony for CH-53K King Stallion Helicopter

Donaldson filters were selected to protect the helicopter’s three GE turbine engines.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., May 14, 2014 –With their air filtration system above them, Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) employees are photographed with the new CH-53K heavy-lift test helicopter EDM-2 during a Sikorsky Aircraft rollout ceremony May 5 in West Palm Beach, Fla. 

Representing the Donaldson Team, from left, are: Bill Cook, President & CEO, Rob Barr, Contracts Manager, Mark Rigby, General Manager, Global Aerospace & Defense, Joe Wilson, Engineering Manager, and Tim Winters, Project Manager. Cook said he is "very proud and honored" that Donaldson filters were selected to protect the helicopter’s three GE turbine engines, as "the CH-53K will be carrying our Marines and their equipment where they need to be for decades to come." Cook added that "this program is a great example of our technology solving a Customer’s critical filtration needs and specifically in this case protecting and serving our Marines."
