Chromalloy Laboratories Receive ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accreditation

Chromalloy announced today that the six laboratories at the company’s Engineering Center of Excellence have received ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, validating international standards requirements for testing services.

The following Chromalloy labs were accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board/ACLASS:  Metallurgy, Modal, Fatigue, Airflow, Metrology and Optical Metrology.

ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation required evaluation by ACLASS technical assessors of the laboratories’ ability to produce accurate test data.

Accredited labs are regularly reassessed to ensure the process standards and technical expertise are maintained.
