April 15, 2014 Jamaica, New York – Consolidated Aviation Services (“CAS”) announced today that Gary Lupinacci has joined the Company as VP Security & Government Compliance. Lupinacci will report to Jeff Wagner, Senior VP and General Counsel where he will be responsible for compliance with the TSA, US Customs and Airport Authority regulations.
Lupinacci has been in the aviation industry for over forty years and served with the TSA in Washington with the Office of Security Policy & Industry Engagement Division where he helped develop the Certified Cargo Screening Program. He also held senior managerial positions with Japan Airlines, British Airlines and Worldwide Flight Services. His areas of expertise included finance, cargo operations, flight operations and federal regulatory compliance.
