HAITEC Will Invest Around 30 Million Euros at Hahn Airport New Aircraft Hangar with More Than 12.000 sqm Ready by 2015

In addition to the aircraft maintenance activities, HAITEC will establish an EASA-PART 147 training organization in summer of 2014.

Hahn, 26th of March 2014. "HAITEC Aircraft Maintenance will invest around 30 million euros at Hahn Airport within the next two years," explains Michael Bock, CEO and Managing Director of HAITEC Aircraft Maintenance GmbH. This amount includes the purchase of the existing hangar 900, the construction of a larger hangar with more than 12,000 sqm including offices and shops  – ready for operation by the end of 2015 – as well as the creation of around 120 new jobs.

In addition to the aircraft maintenance activities, HAITEC will establish an EASA-PART 147 training organization in summer of 2014. "This offer is not only for our employees.  Any airline or MRO can send staff to Hahn”, states Frank Rott, COO at HAITEC.  "We will also implement HAITEC Engineering Services in 2014 to provide customers worldwide with our CAMO and Lease Return services.”
