GippsAero Appoints Shanti Lakhan as Marketing Manager

Lakhan will be responsible for leading the marketing team in development and implementation of marketing strategies in support of global sales.

Morwell, VIC., March 20, 2014:

GippsAero, the aircraft manufacturing division of Mahindra Aerospace, announced today the appointment of Shanti Lakhan as Marketing Manager. Ms. Lakhan will be responsible for leading the marketing team in development and implementation of marketing strategies in support of global sales.

“Shanti brings with her years of experience with marketing general aviation,” said, Keith Douglas, CEO of
GippsAero. “She has been part of a global marketing team that has consistently set the bar for our industry.
Mahindra Aerospace and GippsAero welcome her to our team.”

Before joining GippsAero, Ms. Lakhan was Marketing Manager of Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth, Minnesota. She has
also held positions with the premier event and retail design company, Star Exhibits in Minneapolis, Minnesota
and A319/A320 Engineering at Northwest Airlines.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Superior, Wisconsin, she has been involved in commercial and
general aviation for over 15 years.
