Landmark Aviation has acquired Midlantic Jet Aviation, Inc. and Midlantic Jet Charters, Inc. at Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) in New Jersey. The facility will offer both FBO and charter services.
“We are excited about increasing our presence in the Northeast, and specifically in the Atlantic City market,” stated Dan Bucaro, President and CEO. “We look forward to a great relationship with the South Jersey Transportation Authority, and are enthusiastic about becoming a part of the Atlantic City general aviation community.”
Landmark will operate out of the existing Midlantic Jet facility located at ACY. The location offers a pilot lounge, executive conference room, flight planning center, and nearly 65,000 square feet of heated hangar space.
This acquisition expands the Landmark managed and charter fleet through the addition of six ACY-based aircraft including a Falcon 900EX and new King Air 350i. These aircraft are currently available for charter.
“The addition of these aircraft to our fleet brings added value to our customers,” explained Ben Murray, President of Landmark Aviation’s Aircraft Management & Charter Division. “We continue to expand our fleet, and are proud to announce that this acquisition brings our fleet to 83 aircraft.”
