International Governor Services and Woodward Sign Licensed Repair Service Facility (LRSF) Agreement

International Governor Services appointed LRSF for PT6, PW100 and TPE331 engine components.

Anaheim, California…February 25, 2014… International Governor Services (IGS), a BBA Aviation company, has been selected by Woodward, Inc. as a Licensed Repair Service Facility for fuel controls, fuel pumps and governors on the PT6, PW100, and TPE331 engines.

The PT6, PW100, and TPE331 engines power a wide range of Bell, AgustaWestland, and Sikorsky helicopters, along with numerous turboprop and regional aircraft.  “This agreement complements our existing engine repair and overhaul authorizations for the PT6 and PW100 engines at Dallas Airmotive and H+S Aviation,“ continued Mr. McCauley. “It exemplifies the breadth of BBA Aviation’s OEM-authorized aftermarket service offerings.”   

IGS is a FAA/EASA repair station specializing in the overhaul and repair of small turbine engine controls including: fuel controls, fuel pumps, propeller governors, overspeed governors, torque limiters, and power turbine governors.
