LIVERMORE, Calif. Feb. 24, 2014 – Aero Precision, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, announced today that it has received a 2013 Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. Aero Precision maintained a Silver composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from Oct. 1, 2012, to Sept. 30, 2013.
“We’re proud of our rating and honored to have earned this award for a consecutive year,” said Aero Precision Director of Sales for North America Tony Schwarz. “Aero Precision serves multiple Boeing procurement sites with tens of thousands of contract line items yearly. During this award period, our quality rating was 100 percent and our on-time delivery exceeded 99 percent. These achievements are indicative of the resources and talent we’ve committed to our Boeing support team.”
This year, Boeing recognized 582 suppliers who achieved either a Gold or Silver level Boeing Performance Excellence Award. Aero Precision is one of 459 suppliers to receive the Silver level of recognition.
