Advanced Helicopter Services has announced the recent acquisition of Cascade Airframe Repair, a longtime helicopter repair services company, based at Boeing Field in Seattle, Washington. The company will remain at Boeing Field and will continue to offer comprehensive helicopter repair and maintenance services. Cascade has become known for providing exemplary customer service and support to its clients for almost 40 years, and was founded by Bob and Ruth Ann Starr. The couple will continue their long history of managing the company. Cascade is an Airbus Helicopters and MD Helicopter service center as well as an FAA Approved Repair Station.
Advanced Helicopter Services (AHS) will add Cascade to its growing list of highly successful helicopter related service companies in the Pacific northwest supporting a broad and diverse client base of multiple mission and model type helicopters. Speaking from the AHS main offices located at the Watts-Woodland airport near Sacramento, company president, Mr. Sparrow Tang commented on the new acquisition, "Bob Starr and his wife, Ruth Ann, created and nurtured a great reputation in Cascade and we intend to continue that tradition uninterrupted. Bob will remain at the helm for the foreseeable future and we look forward to that. The two companies will certainly complement one another and we intend to add new and innovative offerings to our clients in the area."
Advanced Helicopter Services will again be exhibiting on booth #2715 this year during the upcoming HAI Heli-Expo 25-27 February at the HAI Heli-Expo in Anaheim, California.
