“Our Singapore RTC is an important building block in our strategy of global support for our customers” stated Dallas Airmotive President Doug Meador. “The facility serves not only as a repair center, but as the hub for dispatching our field service technicians throughout the region. The RTC houses a F1RST SUPPORT™ satellite operation linked to our global command center in Dallas. From Singapore we utilize the technology of F1RST SUPPORT to coordinate the people, tooling and scheduling needed for truly fast, 24-hour support. Our goal is to live up to our motto “Right from the start. There when you need us.’”

“Dallas Airmotive’s commitment to this region is another tool in BBA Aviation’s portfolio of services,” commented David Best, President BBA Aviation Asia Pacific. “We want our customers to know they can rely us for the same high quality, responsive service no matter where their travels may take them.”
