Phillips 66 Aviation Names Dennis Stafford As National Account Representative

HOUSTON – Phillips 66® Aviation has announced the selection of Dennis Stafford as National Account Rep for branded aviation sales, supporting the nation’s largest network of branded fixed base operations (FBOs).

Stafford brings a broad background to his general aviation role, including finished lubricant sales, trucking and pipeline operations, global trade analysis, and point-of-sale experience.

Recently serving as Director of Planning and Trade Monitoring for Phillips 66, Stafford assisted with the development and implementation of a global trade monitoring analysis tool. In addition, he assisted in tracking performance metrics for global commercial risk and compliance.As a Territory Manager for Finished Lubricants, Stafford managed 17 Conoco distributors and 35 direct sales accounts, representing more than 3 million gallons of finished lubricants annually across East Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. In addition, he was also part of a lease crude team in Wichita Falls, Texas, responsible for refinery crude oil supply, with extensive knowledge of trucking and pipeline operations.

Stafford oversaw credit card testing for 300-plus company-owned retail stores and more than 2,000 jobber-owned facilities. He also managed the cash card program for Conoco®, 76® and Phillips 66 brands, and was a key contributor in streamlining help desk initiatives for an improved customer experience.
