Paris, Amstelveen, 5 February 2014 - Royal Jordanian, a long-standing AFI KLM E&M customer, renewed its trust in the services of the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) group by signing a new contract to provide its A320 fleet with component support. The agreement covers the Royal Jordanian's A320s fleet, which counts 13 aircraft, and includes the provision of a Main Base Kit, pool access and component repairs on a per-flight-hour basis.
AFI KLM E&M has been providing operational support for Royal Jordanian for over a decade on all aircraft types, including A330/A340 components, A320 components, A310, A320 and A340 engines, and cabin modifications, offering the airline quick quality services.
Royal Jordanian Head of Maintenance and Engineering Department Imadedeen Faraheed said: "We are delighted to sign a new contract with AFI KLM E&M, with whom we have been engaged in a genuine, trust-based partnership for over a decade. The group always responded positively to our airline's demands, thus strengthening the overall quality of our business relations."

Jordan flag-carrier Royal Jordanian has renewed its contract with AFI KLM E&M for A340 component and engine support for a further three years.
The renewals follow on from a full component repair contract signed in 2006 comprising repairs, spares access and an MBK for six new aircraft: two A321s and four A320s.
The deal involves component repair, pool access and a main base kit at London Heathrow.
