TETERBORO, N.J. / February 4, 2014 – Jet Aviation’s Teterboro FBO successfully handled surge of aircraft
and passengers attending the Big Game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., just three miles away
from the facility. Providing an exceptional level of first class service and hospitality, the company brought
elegance into the FBO experience.

With the annual sporting event held for the first time ever in the state of New Jersey on February 2, 2014, Jet
Aviation’s Teterboro facility, the closest FBO to MetLife Stadium, saw a substantial increase in aircraft and
passenger handling last week. The company gave a warm welcome to old and new clients attending the Big
Game, providing their 5-star hospitality services.

Wanting to take full advantage of the once in a lifetime opportunity, the facility had been diligently preparing for
the event for the past six months, with a significant rise in handling requests starting in November. Some of the
preparations included increased staffing services and phone coverage, newly added telephones, coffee bars,
computers and furniture, as well as ramp and hangar enhancements. The company also converted a
conference room and two pilot lounges into game viewing areas with large televisions, couches and unlimited
catering for pilots who were waiting for passengers. Upon arrival, customers were greeted with a Jet Aviation gift
bag including items such as ear muffs, gloves and a plush blanket for them to stay warm during the game.

“We were pleased to support this extraordinary event in the state of New Jersey,” says, John Langevin, vice
president, FBO operations, North America. “Having received a considerable increase in service requests,
emails and calls due to the Big Game, the team has spent countless weeks working on handling requests and
coordinating slots, which is an excellent display of trust and confidence in our ability to provide the highest
quality service. This exciting opportunity enabled us to support our customers and make new friends.”
