Million Air is proud to announce and welcome Rick Boyce as its new Director of FBO Safety and Operations. Boyce will be responsible for insurance programs, safety assist visitations, assisting franchise development and further escalation of the Million Air Experience.
Boyce brings with him over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. He joins the team from NetJets, Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. The company offers fractional ownership, aircraft management and charter services. He has experience negotiating competitive contracts, maintaining vendor relationships, forecasting and risk mitigation, supplier consolidation, analyzing company financials and making sure safety and service expectations are met.
“After spending 12 years evaluating hundreds of FBOs all across North America, I can honestly say I have landed with the premier brand in our industry,” said Boyce. “I am excited for the opportunity to work with a group equally as passionate about safety and service as I am.”
Boyce is a commercial licensed pilot and a licensed dispatcher. He has served as Chief Crew Scheduler at Spirit Airlines and Load Master/Operations Agent at America West Airlines. Boyce holds an MBA in Leadership from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio and a BA in Aircraft Systems from Ohio State University. Boyce has held various committee roles for NBAA and NATA.
