This expands Cutter Aviation’s Phoenix operation portfolio of Beechcraft ASC ratings, which already include the Baron, Bonanza, and King Air lines of aircraft.

PHOENIX, AZ – Beechcraft Corp. named Cutter Aviation’s Phoenix Arizona facility (KPHX) as an Authorized Service Center (ASC) for the Beechjet / Hawker 400XP series aircraft. This expands Cutter Aviation’s Phoenix operation portfolio of Beechcraft ASC ratings, which already include the Baron, Bonanza, and King Air lines of aircraft.

Will Cutter, President of Cutter Aviation, said, “We’re proud to be appointed the ASC for the Beechjet / Hawker 400XP series aircraft. This continues the natural progression of our relationship with the newly reorganized Beechcraft Corp.”

Cutter also noted, “We view the Cutter name as being synonymous with that of Beechcraft, in that we’ve been maintaining their aircraft since 1946, when we signed the first service center agreement with the original Beech Aircraft Company.”

Earlier in the year, the Cutter operation in Phoenix was awarded the ASC ratings for the King Air and piston aircraft.  Cutter’s maintenance operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Addison, Texas are already ASC’s for Baron and Bonanza aircraft with Albuquerque holding the additional authorization for King Airs.

Although Beechcraft discontinued production on the jet line, the new Beechcraft Corporation has indicated that they will continue to support the aircraft already produced with parts, plus engineering and airworthiness documentation.
