STS Aviation Group Gives Back

The Corporate Culture Committee was developed in 2011

Jensen Beach, Florida – December 30, 2013 – The STS Aviation Group feels it is necessary to give back to the community and national charities throughout the year. “It is important to remember that we are not just a company, but a family. All of our employees have special interests that we like to recognize through, not only monetary donations, but also with our time.” States TJ Scott, Vice President of Operations and member of the Corporate Culture Committee.

The group within the organization that chooses which charities STS will be involved in through the year is called the Corporate Culture Committee. All staff including executives are encouraged to be an active part of the group. A few of the organizations that STS supported in 2013 were the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Men’s Health November, and a local children’s shelter called the Hibiscus House. Any employee who wished to participate in the fundraising events was welcomed to and each event turned out to be huge successes

About The Corporate Culture Committee

The Corporate Culture Committee was developed in 2011 by executives and staff members of the STS Aviation Group. This internal committee is comprised of interchangeable members from each division who meet bi-weekly to discuss ways to increase communication between divisions, implement the Corporate Values system and encourage employees to become more involved with the community and other National Charities.
