Air Tractor Announces New Airframe & Engine Warranty

The new Air Tractor airframe warranty is a full warranty on the airframe for 1 year or 500 hours, plus 2 years or 1,000 hours on major structural components.

RENO, NV — At the National Agricultural Aviation Association (NAAA) Convention this week in Reno Nevada, Air Tractor President Jim Hirsch announced a new airframe and engine warranty policy to celebrate the company’s 40th anniversary and to mark 50 years of Pratt & Whitney’s legendary PT6A engine.

The new Air Tractor airframe warranty is a full warranty on the airframe for 1 year or 500 hours, plus 2 years or 1,000 hours on major structural components. Air Tractor has coupled this with an extended warranty on all PT6A engines for 2014 airplane deliveries. This offer extends the PT6A engine warranty to 2,500 hours or 5 years.  For details about the new warranty, contact your Air Tractor dealer.
